Low Cost Counselling

Starting January 2026 we are proud to offer low cost intern provided therapy for those looking for accessible and affordable counselling. Sessions will be $20/hr, there are limited spaces available, insurance is not eligible.

Low cost counselling is for those looking for basic support with depression, anxiety and challenges with stress. We are unable to provide trauma counselling under this program.
